Professional/Clinical Supervision
I am passionate about supporting helping professionals, assisting in the journey of helping professionals as they develop and increase their confidence, knowledge and skills, and awareness and use of their own existing strengths and skills.
I have experience providing Supervision to helping professionals in a variety of roles and settings including Non-Government Organisations (Foster care support, couples counselling), Forensic Mental Health, Adult Mental Health, CYMHS, Private Practice Professionals (Psychologists, Social Workers, Counsellors, Human Services Workers, Guidance Officers).
I am an AHPRA Psychology Board Approved Supervisor and Accredited clinical supervisor in Family Therapy practice with the Australian Association of Family Therapy (AAFT). I have been providing individual clinical supervision for over 15 years as well as being involved in university based teaching of supervision practices.
Group Supervision and Consultation
I have extensive experience providing Consultancy and Group Supervision in both the Government and Non-Government sectors. I appreciate the opportunity to support reflective practice, amplify strengths, support development and team cohesion, enhance staff wellbeing, and support high quality client outcomes through group supervision with helping professionals.
I am an AHPRA Psychology Board Approved Supervisor and Accredited clinical supervisor in Family Therapy practice with the Australian Association of Family Therapy (AAFT), and have 10 years of experience providing high quality, feedback informed group supervision to teams.

I am passionate about supporting wellbeing through early intervention and prevention by supporting children, teens, parents and carers, schools and community agencies to have high quality, up-to-date, accurate, helpful, skills-based knowledge to support wellbeing, mental health, relational functioning, and family life.
